NOTE	The AllTokensDetails.htm file, in the PA Zip file, can be used as a template to see all of the Tokens and their values, suggest using the Details Template. For example, turn on Details template check box, and then edit the Details template using the 'Edit Templates' menu item. Replace the text in the Details template with the code from the AllTokensDetails.htm file.
